Ostrožovič (J & J Ostrožovič)

The oldest family-owned winery in the Slovak Tokaj region, founded by the Ostrožovič family in 1990. The winery cultivates more than 55 hectares of its own vineyards using integrated farming methods on unique volcanic tuff soils. It specializes in traditional Tokaj wines, including Samorodné, Tokaj selections (Puttonyos), Aszú berry wines, ice wines, and straw wines, alongside modern varietal white wines. The wines are carefully matured in historic volcanic tuff cellars, where ideal natural conditions allow them to develop exceptional character and complexity. Recognized worldwide for their quality, Ostrožovič wines have received numerous international awards, with three wines ranked among the 1,000 Best Wines in the World.
