The company is renowned for its dedication to the rare Criollo variety—representing only around 0.01% of the world’s cocoa production—sourced from its own plantations in Venezuela and Ecuador. Domori follows a minimalist philosophy, using short, clean ingredient lists and a gentle low-temperature production process that preserves the cocoa beans’ natural aromas and complexity. Many of its chocolates are made without added lecithin or vanilla, allowing the true character of the cocoa to shine.
